Learn skills for life. Responsible for mixing paints, matching colors, preparing surfaces, and applying paint to these surfaces. May perform touch-ups or coordinate large painting projects related to the construction industry. Sand, patch, prepare surfaces and paint. Clean equipment at end of each shift.

Lead the paint crew in assigned projects, report schedule progress and conflicts. Oversee other paint crew workers in completion of work assignments. Provide daily updates to supervisor regarding work progress and conflicts. Sand, patch, prepare surfaces and paint.
